How does it work?

	The patients or their relatives will call our call centre for scheduling the time of the pathology sample collection after having checked all the rates and the preparation required, from our website.
	Our call centre operator will take down the details of the patient, the address, the test required and the time for pathology sample collection. They will give the caller details about the person who will come to collect the samples. These phlebotomists will carry a photo ID.
	On the appointed day and time our phlebotomist will arrive at the designated place. After filling your service request form, and obtaining your signature, they will swipe your credit card.  After this transaction is complete they will collect the samples. No cash or cheque will be accepted.
	The phlebotomist will reach the samples to our laboratory.
	The patients will then get a user name and password by SMS from our laboratory for them to be able to access the reports in the evening.
	All reports will be uploaded and can be accessed on the internet using your specific password after 6 pm. In case reports are required on urgent basis the same will be uploaded as soon as the test results are out and you will be sent an SMS that the reports are ready.
	These reports, downloaded from the internet can be printed and shown to your doctor.
